About Post 215
Membership consists of up to seventeen youth Explorers and up to twelve adult Advisors. The Post is largely organized and administered by its youth members (“Explorer Officer Cadre”) under the careful guidance and supervision of adult Advisors. The Post recruits at least once a year and meets year-round. Explorers generally assemble on Tuesday evenings for officer, business and committee meetings as well as classroom and hands-on training. They also meet on the weekends for community service events, hands-on skills training and other activities
