The next generation of firefighters need to be prepared for the physical, mental and social aspects of a fire service career. Explorers want to gain knowledge and experience that confirms their desire to become a firefighter; they also want to be a step ahead of their peers in fire academy and during the applicant selection process.  Plano Fire-Rescue Post 215 is up to meeting these challenges.
